Amy’s primary focus is working with adolescents and adults (age 16+).

Some of her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, substance use disorders, and military/veteran concerns.

Angela provides primarily telehealth therapy.

She practices from a psychodynamic therapy approach and believes we all need to understand how past experiences may impact our current lives and relationships.

She also utilizes person-centered as “beginning where you are is most important.” She says, “It is a process. Sometimes life can be heavy. We all need support and can benefit from a nonjudgemental space to work through experiences and situations.”

Angela also believes humor is a powerful tool and a good laugh is “soothing for the soul.”

“This is your journey, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”

Angela is from West Virginia and enjoys all the beauty and people of this wonderful state.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, long walks, being outside, nature, and is always open to learning new things.

“A good cup of coffee is pretty great, too!”
