Elizabeth Walling

Elizabeth Walling is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker.

Elizabeth holds a BA in Sociology (2006) and a Masters of Social Work (2020) from West Virginia University. Her previous work experience includes internet crime analyst, researcher, and college lecturer.

She was born in raised in West Virginia and has lived in various places, from small towns to megacities.

She is licensed in West Virginia

Elizabeth’s primary focus is working with adolescents and adults (ages 16-65).

Some of her clinical interests are the daily challenges that come with having a neurodiverse brain. She also works with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and is polyamory and kink aware. She works with individuals on self-esteem issues, organization, finding identity, problem solving, anxiety, depression, family conflict, peer relationships, women’s issues, sexuality, gender, post-secondary education transition, neurodiversity.

Elizabeth utilizes therapy approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy as well as trauma-informed and strengths-based methods.

She strives to provide an affirming and caring environment and seeks out local and state support services and resources for her clients. She also works with parents in guiding them through talking with the children about healthy relationships, sexuality, and sexual health.
